Motoman Packaging Robot Series

The Motoman MPK2 robot performs applications such as food handling, picking, and packing with high speeds and precise movements. The compact Motoman MPK2 DXM100 is ideal for these applications. The work area on this arm is generous and the payload capacity is increased to 4 kg when the T-axis is used in a wrist down position.

There are also used Motoman MPK2 robots available. All used MPK2 robots have undergone an intense refurbishment process, bringing them back to like-new condition. The used Motoman MPK2 also includes the RobotWorx Value Package.

The MPK2 is a washdown ready robot, suitable for food and other applications requiring a clean environment. It is built with NSF-H1 certified grease for food applications. A hollow wrist and through-arm cabling reduces interference and maintenance.

The compact MPK2 DXM100 robot features very fast axial speeds and acceleration times. It has a top wrist speed of 2,000 degrees per second. The compact DXM100 controller can be installed in tight spaces. It has the ability to control up to 8 robots and offers an extensive I/O suite that includes integral PLC and touch screen HMI.
